I build AI-ready workflow software for companies that need governed business processes without heavyweight enterprise implementation.
I'm a software engineer and ITSM consultant based in Germany. I've spent the last several years helping enterprise teams across Europe design and implement workflow systems.
My work at Accenture, CGI, and client environments gave me a practical view of how companies actually run processes: incidents, assets, approvals, onboarding, service requests, escalations, and audits.
ServiceNow showed me what mature enterprise workflow can look like. Flowlakes is my attempt to make that level of structure more accessible, faster to adopt, and ready for AI agents.
Building
A service-management and workflow platform for teams that need governed, auditable business processes without a six-figure implementation cycle. Incident management, asset tracking, approvals, onboarding, and custom workflows — with audit trails, permissions, integrations, and AI-agent support built into the foundation.
An open-source language-learning coach focused on German. Built with input from a language tutor and used by expat colleagues for a more personal way to practice.

Writing
After years of ServiceNow consulting, I kept seeing the same gap: enterprise processes were structured for humans and platforms, but not yet designed for AI agents to safely understand, navigate, and act across them.
Why I'm building Flowlakes, what ServiceNow taught me, and where I think workflow software is heading.
